Founder & Principal
Deana Wojcik is a senior program consultant and product leader with over 15 years of experience supporting mission-driven teams. As a former middle and high school teacher and coach, she brings a strong grounding in learning design and educator engagement. Her work focuses on evaluating current-state systems and organizational capacity to identify risks and opportunities and to inform practical, multi-year technology, product, and operations roadmaps.

Chris Carrier is a senior technical consultant and fractional technology leader with more than 15 years of experience assessing, securing, and scaling cloud-based technology environments for growth-stage and mission-driven organizations. He brings a hands-on, practitioner-oriented approach to technology assessments, combining deep infrastructure and security expertise with pragmatic operational insight.
